OTET 24/7 is currently provided for evaluation and real-world testing without a paid subscription. Beta access may be limited, changed, paused or ended as the product develops.

No future pricing, feature set or general-availability date is promised by participation in the Free Beta.

Service availability

Yudy Tech will work to keep OTET useful and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Businesses should maintain suitable operating procedures and backups for essential workforce and payroll activity.

Verify time and payroll records

The business must review attendance, corrections, overtime, lateness, cash advances, contribution settings, payroll summaries and payslips before relying on them.

OTET supports payroll preparation; the business remains responsible for payroll decisions, statutory obligations and professional advice where required.

Business and staff data

The business is responsible for having authority to enter staff information, for keeping it accurate, for assigning suitable access and for protecting passwords and PINs.

Do not use the service to store unlawful material or to access another business’s workspace without authorization.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, probe other workspaces, misuse automated requests or use OTET in a way that harms staff, other participants or the service.

Product ownership

OTET 24/7 and its software, design and documentation are products of Yudy Tech. Beta participation permits use of the service for evaluation and authorized business operation; it does not transfer product ownership.
